Thank you for the continuous support in 2020.
SCHC felt the need to pivot to a virtual meeting platform last spring that has served the community well. In the New Year we need your help to continue our impact and reach. COVID 19 restrictions remain in effect indefinitely and in light of this, we will keep all committee's meeting via Zoom in 2021.
We invite you to engage in our mission through one of our committees as we work together to increase efficiency, reduce redundancy, identify opportunities to share resources, increase awareness of existing services and to improve the capacity of grassroots efforts through training, technical assistance and seed funding.

Mission:
This is a proactive Committee that will engage, empower, and educate youth engagement and youth serving organizations and the communities they serve.

Mission:
This committee identifies specific needs of young children in the community and collaborates with key partners to provide support through training, education, and shared resources.

Mission: This Committee provides a forum to connect key service providers, to better assist individuals and families, in accessing services in Sussex County. The focus is financial security and economic health.
