Dear Principal, staff and teachers,
The San Pedro Art Association would like to thank all that participated in last years Virtual event. If you participated last year then you already know what this means to our kids! If you didn't take part in last years event, here is a chance to take advantage this memorable artistic opportunity.
Last year we chose 167 pieces of student art work, pre-kindergarten to high school. Award winning artwork was professionally framed and displayed at Crafted. All accepted artwork was displayed on line. Each student was awarded a 120 piece art sets, ribbon and student membership with SPAA through high school. We also gave out over a $1300 in cash prizes.
Below are the rules and forms for the "2021 SPAA Harbor Wide All-Grades Student Art Competition" for distribution to the students and teachers plus an additional letter of instruction for teachers, principals and staff. We have also include a contact request form for you. Please take a moment to fill this out and send it back to us. This will ensure that all of this years information gets to the correct person or persons.

More importantly we need to assure we can contact the students and their parents. Each year we have a small percentage of students that have not filled out entry forms completely. The common missing information is usually contact phone numbers and emails for the student and the parent. Being that this show is virtual again, it is imperative that we receive this vital information when accepting the art work from your students.

We have also included a flyer that you can post in your classrooms. Feel free to print out a few to pass out to your students. In fact, we encourage you do do just that!
