Christmas Program and 2021 Size Chart
Thank you for your patience as we prepare for this year's Christmas! There are really no words to describe the beauty of Christmas morning here or the excitement that buzzes around Emmanuel as Christmas preparations begin. We are always working extra hard to make sure that no child is left out or forgotten. There is no help that is too big or too little!

One way to help is through our Christmas Program. As a church, small group, school group, or sports team, you can request a list of of 30 names, and you will be responsible as a group for making each child on your list a gift for Christmas.

The second way to help is by sending extra items to help us fill gifts for the children who are short. You may send extra hygiene products, clothes, shoes, school supplies, toys, or anything else you feel that the children would like. We are thankful for items for children of all ages; however, the older boys and girls are usually the children who have the fewest gifts.

Lastly, the third way to help is by sending supplies: wrapping paper, tape, scissors, permanent markers, pens, labels, boxes to use for rewrapping and making gifts.

These are the ONLY TWO Christmas containers this year, and the dates are firm. PLEASE plan accordingly, because if you miss these container deadlines there is NOT another option to get your gifts down in time for Christmas. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Please be respectful if you are going to drop something off by reaching out first to set up a time that works for both parties. They will not be able to attend to you if you just show up at the address.
  • Make sure you know the child’s full name, number, and correct sizes (link above to size chart). If you are unsure, please email the office ahead of time.
  • Fill your gift with age-appropriate items for your child. All items must be in sturdy boxes. No gift bags or bows unless they are enclosed in a sturdy box for shipping. All boxes must be completely filled to avoid damage during shipping (may use bubble wrap, newspaper, etc.). There are no size restrictions on the box, but be aware of weight. Try to keep your boxes under 40 pounds. This helps with packing the container and moving items.
  • Wrap your gift with durable wrapping paper and label it with your child’s full name and child ID number. All boxes and/or wrapped gifts need to be labeled legibly with the complete and correct name and number of its recipient. Otherwise, we cannot make sure they get their gift.
  • A clear, detailed inventory must be taped to the outside of the box.
  • DO NOT put medicine or any consumable items (food, drinks, candy, etc.) in your boxes.

A Customs violation can result in large fines and long delays; therefore, boxes without the necessary information or that include items that are not allowed to be shipped will not be put on the container and will not arrive in time for Christmas.
Do NOT put checks or money for shipping inside boxes and do NOT bring checks to the containers. Make all checks payable to Orphanage Emmanuel and mail to:
