The Fine Print:
1. No Pledge is required to enter contest. Only one entry photo per pet’s name is permitted.
2. Bluff Heights Neighborhood Association (BHNA) Board Members and their family members are not eligible to enter a contest.
3. The winners of the contest will be chosen at the close of the entry period. The winner will be notified in writing via email, via regular mail or by telephone, if telephone number is available.
4. Under no circumstances will BHNA or any affiliated persons or entities be liable for: (a) electronic, computer, telephone, network, internet or other technical or human error(s) which may occur in connection with the contest; (b) any injury or damage to person or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from participation or attempted participation in the contest: (c) inaccurate, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, postage due, lost or stolen photos or other information related to the contest; (d) illegitimate entries (which will be disqualified); (e) punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
5. If the winner of the contest refuses the prize, he/she must notify BHNA immediately. Another winner will then be chosen at random.
6. Decisions of the management of BHNA regarding any aspect of any contest are final.
7. By entering your name and photo, you agree to receive from BHNA informational communications periodically. If you want to opt-out of receiving communications from BHNA, make your simple request to the Membership Department at info@bluffheights.org.
8. Unless stated explicitly otherwise, giveaways and drawing prizes offered by BHNA will expire one year from date they are awarded. If prizes, gift certificates or vouchers offered as drawing prizes, premiums or giveaways by BHNA are lost or stolen, they will not be replaced by BHNA or by the donor of said prize, premium or giveaway. Winning Prizes have no “cash value.”
