The 2021 online continuous certification (C-cert) subspecialty quizzes will be available beginning Wednesday, May 5th! Pay your 2021 C-cert annual fee now providing you with the maximum window of time to complete the C-cert quiz. All UCNS diplomates now maintain their UCNS certification by meeting the annual C-cert requirements.

- Payment of the annual C-cert administrative fee is required to gain access to C-cert quizzes

Read the subspecialty-specific journal articles on the Reading List prior to taking quiz

You may reference the reading list articles during the quiz
- Quiz must be completed in a single session
- 100 minutes are allowed to complete the 25 multiple-choice question quiz
- A passing score of 80% or higher is required to meet the C-cert requirements
- Three separate attempts are allowed to obtain a passing score
- C-cert quiz completion deadline: November 5, 2021
Diplomates completing the annual C-cert requirements have the added benefit of earning up to 11 AMA PRA Category 1 credits upon passing their annual subspecialty quiz.

If you pay your 2021 C-cert fee by May 3rd, you will be emailed the quiz access link and instructions on May 5th.
If you pay your 2021 C-cert fee after May 3rd, you will receive the quiz access link and instructions to your online subspecialty quiz within five business days of payment.
If you have not completed the 2020 C-cert requirements, there is still time to complete the requirements to change your certification status to "meeting requirements."

To pay outstanding C-cert fees for quiz access, sign into your diplomate profile and look for the Pay Now icon on the left side of your profile page.

If you paid the 2020 fee but haven't completed the quiz, you may log into the testing platform to complete the 2020 quiz. You will need to pay the 2021 fee to gain access to the 2021 quiz.
