Rules & Anti-Doping (Drug Tests)

This meet is sanctioned by USA Powerlifting and run by Calloso Powerlifting. All USA Powerlifting technical rules will be enforced. As an athlete, it is your responsibility to learn the technical rules of competition and ensure that your equipment is approved. This also includes following anti-doping/drug testing guidelines. Because this is not a national event, it is not required to have IPF Approved equipment. However, your equipment must follow the specifications in the rulebook. Rules & By-Laws and Drug Testing information can be accessed at usapowerlifting.com.

Please click below for the roster. When finalized, the roster will show you the day, session, platform, and flight you are competing in. Your lot numbers will also be assigned and this will determine the order of weigh-in. If in the Membership column, your name shows MISSING, this means we do not have membership information for you. PLEASE do not purchase your USA Powerlifting membership until November 1, unless you already have one. This will allow your membership to roll into 2022. Upon purchase, send your Member Number or Membership card to gina.hensley@calloso.com. If your membership shows as EXPIRED, we have your member number, but you should wait until November 1 to renew it.

Weigh-Ins begin promptly at 6:00am for Session 1 athletes only and 12:00pm for Session 2 athletes only. Weigh-Ins will be done in order by Lot Number. If you are not present when your name is called, you will have wait to weigh in after all other athletes have weighed in. Lot numbers will be shown in the roster to the left of your name. This meet will have 2 platforms (1 & 2) and 2 flights (A & B). Both platforms will run simultaneously. All lifters in flight A will complete their 3 squats before flight B begins their squats. When flight B is finished, there will be a 10 minute break before the bench press. This process repeats for the deadlift.

Changes & Withdrawals

If you need to change your weight class or division before the meet, please do so by sending an email to gina.hensley@calloso.com. Platform and Flight assignments will be finalized on Sunday, 10/24. If you submit changes after this date, we cannot guarantee you will lift in the same flight as your competitors. However, you are able to change your weight class at any time, including on meet day.

If you would like to transfer to another event or withdraw from the meet, you can also send us an email. Please keep in mind that absolutely no refunds will be issued so long as this event is not cancelled.
