Dear sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus, part of a growing repentance remnant globally,
God bless you in this calendar year 2022. Join us, and invite others, as part of the repentance remnant in this 21 day repentance process, focusing of removing the fears we've picked up and need to remove to be ready as His clean Bride for His soon return. If these fears remain unconfessed and without repentance, our walk with the Lord is muted, if not entirely lost. He will support us to remove each one.
As those are removed, the proper fear, the profound, deep respect and healthy fear of the Living God, will increase as we are that much more filled as a clean vessel of His Holy Spirit.
He calls us to be holy as He is holy.
Our Lord Jesus said: " Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light, and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father's will. But the very hairs of your head are numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. " ~ Matthew 10: 27-31
And in Isaiah 41:10 the Holy Spirit speaks to us: " Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
And in 2 Timothy 1:7, this Eternal Truth: " For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
Day seven: remove the fear of current events. Replace it with God's chosen call on your life.
Spend time today, one on One with the Holy Spirit, asking Him---even in five minutes of your prayer time--- if you have any fear of current events. Did it begin as a child? Was it passed down to you generationally? Does that fear appear in your character today?
Allow Him, Who loves you so much, to convict you of any residue of that sin, that fear of current events. With His perfect love, exercise your free will to confess that sin. He will forgive you. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And then decide, if you wish, to repent, to turn away from that sin stronghold, replacing it with His Holy Word as your Truth going forward.
As with all strongholds that you remove, then choose His Way forward based on His Word.
When one enters His Kingdom through repentance--- Matthew 4:17, or Romans 2:4---he or she receives the Holy Spirit and can then learn His Plan for your life. Jesus said to His first disciples and to you and me today: " You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you."
Bearing fruit requires operating in this culture, knowing current events, walking forward with His call on your life, being wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove, "preaching" to others with your testimony, and your increasingly Godly character now that you have repented.
Current events give you and me an opening question or comment to a neighbor, an opportunity to witness His Hope, His Gospel to those now caught in fear and hopelessness.
And that Holy Spirit gives us vital gifts to minister, one of the key gifts of which is faith.
"There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom, through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills." ~1 Corinthians 12:4-11:
With increased faith, your walking out your life purpose will open up the fruits of the Holy Spirit. And you can preach! " How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: ' How beautiful are the feet of those how preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things.'" Romans 10: 14-15
God bless you for any step you may have taken to remove this fear of current events, replacing it with God's unique call on your life. The Bride of Christ is that much more cleansed!
