TEAM PLACEMENTS FOR 2022-2023!
If you are receiving this email, your dancer has been accepted as a member of Dance Etc.'s 2022-2023 Competition Teams.
Before we get to the actual the results, we have a few important things:

We'd like to ask you to talk to your dancers about their expectations and how they will handle being excited and/or disappointed with the teams they were placed on. Please focus only on your individual results and not on the results of others as everyone has different strengths and can bring different things to a team. We have taken each and every dancer's individual talents into consideration and want the absolute best for every dancer and team. Always stay positive, since ALL of the teams at DE are a great opportunity, and we've already got big ideas heading into 2022-2023.

Please refrain from posting your audition results on social media, and ask your children to do the same in order to respect the privacy of all of our families.

We have not begun the Solo, Duet, & Trio approval process yet - so please do not reach out to the teacher you're requesting to set up your Fall weekly private lesson time. Teachers are NOT scheduling solo & duet private lessons at this time.
If you have questions, concerns, or wish to discuss placements, we are happy to talk to you. However, we will only be responding to emails, not text or Facebook messages. Please direct your emails to Julie Marks (juliemarks@dance-etc.com). Due to an increased volume of emails, please allow extra time for a response.
Below, you will find all of the pertinent information for the 2022-2023 season - everything from general competition team information, to how to access your individual schedules, are linked below. Don't be overwhelmed if you have a scheduling concern; we are great at solving problems!
Most of the information listed below will also be posted on our teams only website within the next couple of days. The password for this website has been updated to be: 27Years@DE - New team members will want to bookmark this link - we post a lot of information here throughout the year.
If you are a new team member, it is very easy to feel overwhelmed. Miss Ellen is ready and available to go through all of these documents with you! You can even schedule a time to meet with her here to go over all the information and get ready to go!
