Emergency Forms - K-Grade 12
We require all of the emergency forms to be filled out before the first day of school for students going into Kindergarten - Grade 12.
K-Grade 12 New Student Orientation - K - Grade 12
New students entering Kindergarten to Grade 12 are welcome to attend an orientation on August 31 from 3:00-4:00pm. The orientation will allow new students to meet the division principals, tour the school and ask any questions they may have before the first day of school. We look forward to meeting you!
Host Families Needed 
Aberdeen Hall's Family Boarding Program is actively recruiting AH families to host International students in Grades 8 through 12 for the 2022-2023 school year.

Hosting is a wonderful opportunity to share cultures and form relationships with young people from around the world. Families provide a private bedroom, meals and most importantly, a welcoming and supportive home environment. 
Host families receive a monthly stipend of $1200.

JUNIOR SCHOOL GRADES K-5
AIM French Camp - Grades 1-5
The AIM Summer French Camp is for new students to the school. It is an opportunity for your child to learn a little bit about our French Programming before school begins and meet other new students. Mme. Albright and Mme. Browning will introduce the 'gesture approach' to your child and explain what the classroom expectations are in their French Classes. This camp will be followed up by an invitation for our new students to participate in a French club during Term 1 where they will be able to practice the base vocabulary and receive some extra support.

When: Friday, September 2, 2022
Time: Grade 1-3 @ 9:00am-12:00pm
      Grade 4-5 @ 12:30pm- 3:30pm

School Supply Lists - Grade 4&5
The school provides school supplies for K-Grade 3 students. Students are asked to bring labeled items (name and grade) with them on the first day of school. 
New Family Music Selection - Grade 3-5
Please fill out the form below if your child is going into Grade 3, 4 or 5. Please note that all classes have a size limit. We will try to accommodate all selections, however there may be a need to adjust selections. You will be contacted if any adjustments are necessary. Renting or purchasing are both options and Matthew Thomas the school liaison at Wentworth Music in Kelowna would be happy to guide you through the process if you have any questions about acquiring an instrument. We also from time to time have families that are moving on to a new instrument and are interested in selling their old instrument to another Aberdeen Hall family. When this happens the information can be shared through the front desk of the Junior School. If you have any questions regarding music classes please Mr. Tom Stinson.
MIDDLE SCHOOL GRADES 6-8
New Student Music Selection - Grade 6-8
Please fill out the Middle School Music Selection Form below at your earliest convenience. Part of Middle School music is the requirement of students to have an instrument to practice with. The important factors when choosing an instrument are the correct size/scale, ability to hold tune and comfort for playing. It is important to get an instrument that is an appropriate size and is comfortable for them to practice with. Renting or purchasing are both options and Matthew Thomas the school liaison at Wentworth Music in Kelowna would be happy to guide you through the process if you have any questions about acquiring an instrument. If you have any questions regarding music classes please contact Mr.Tom Stinson.

UNIFORMS
Uniform Fitting Appointments - Grade K-12
Please book one 30 minute appointment time for a new family/student uniform fitting. The uniform shop is located across the street from the school by the corner store. The store will be open from from 9am-3:00pm. If you have any questions please contact Yusula Choe.
