Lockers are going in along the high school and middle school hall ways. Each side of the main entrance will be covered with an awning, which is being constructed.

After school fun and learning.

Thanks to LEEF, generous donationas to the SWAK Stem Lab, and our supportive LE administrative team, we have a most successful LEGO club underway! We have 38 third- and fourth-graders staying once a week for our afterschool LEGO club meetings. Students have learned how to follow complex building directions, have used the LEGO coding program, and have added modifications to create projects that move, use sensors, make sounds, etc.

It is both humbling and empowering to get to watch how quickly our students catch on to new hands-on learning. They all encourage, help, and teach others (including me) new tidbits they learn along the way. Thank you for supporting this vision!
