The AFT 2022 Convention will be held in Boston July 14-17. Last month you received a Declaration of Delegate Candidacy form. Many Guild members declared as Candidates. Now it's time to vote for 34 of the Candidates and make them official Convention Delegates. 

• On Monday, May 16 email ballots will be sent from BallotPoint to Guild members' "edu" or personal inboxes. 

• BallotPoint is the Guild's authorized vendor for this Convention Delegate election. Your vote will confirm which candidates become Convention delegates, representing your interests at the AFT 2022 Convention.

• Online voting will continue through June 1, 2022, at 4 PM. Results will be posted at www.AFT1521.org on June 3, 2022.

• If you do not receive a ballot email follow these instructions:

To obtain a replacement ballot by EMAIL, send an email:

• From: Your email address registered with BallotPoint

• To:  [email protected]

• Subject: VOTE

After sending the email, you should receive an email from BallotPoint, usually in less than 30 seconds (you may need to refresh your email program). Click the link in that email to display your ballot.

**Note: this election is different and separate from the Guild's internal officer election (the run-off for Guild President, Guild Treasurer, and Pierce E Board seat #5). Guild members may vote in the run-off election until May 23, 2022, at 11:59 PM. Guild members may vote for AFT Convention Delegates until June 1, 2022, at 4 PM.
