We are excited to offer multiple enrollment options for your 2022 Voluntary Benefits Open Enrollment. Through our partnership with EBi, we will be utilizing both Call-Center and Self-Service enrollment options.

You can enroll at anytime during the Open Enrollment period, not just during your scheduled week!

**Please have your dependents SSN and date of birth available to help expedite enrollment.**

Select your assigned week and schedule a time for a Benefits Counselor to call you:

You will have the option of scheduling a time for an EBi Benefits Consultant to call you by phone or by video to help you enroll.

You also have the option to call the EBI Call-Center with

no appointment and speak with an EBI Benefits Counselor to enroll in your benefits

Self-Service Enrollment

Accessing your online enrollment is simple and only takes a few seconds. Once you click the "Begin Enrolling Online" button below, you will be prompted to enter your Employee ID or SSN and a Pin.
