Running a DLDV lookup in Vitu

- After logging into Vitu, click on the Lookups tab
- From the Choose Lookup dropdown, select DLDV
- Enter the applicable information into all fields
- Click the Submit button
- Print out successful report (screenshots below)

If a validation is unsuccessful, a message displays in red informing you that there is an error and to have your buyer contact PennDOT to update their record. You can also print a report of the failure to provide to their buyer which has PennDOT’s email address and phone number to assist them.

Please remember that Problem Reports are time sensitive and must be received within the tanking period. If additional fees are due, please send a check with a copy of the Problem Report separate from the original work.
