Kristen Hodges, Ph.D., Dr. Kristen Hodges uses psychological principles infused with humor to help you find success in the workplace and at home. She's no ordinary conference speaker; she knows you are only learning when you are laughing! Dr. Hodges holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. She spent more than a decade as a university professor and is a published author, but her true joy in life is helping others to achieve their goals. Dr. Hodges will focus on de-escalation techniques during stressful conversations, simple steps to improving customer satisfaction (and reducing complaints!), protecting against burnout, and finding happiness and then success! This will be a separate registration and open to the public. The seminar will take place on Friday, September 9th, from 1:30p.m. to 3:30p.m.
