Commencement Participation Instructions

Commencement Exercises will take place on

Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the

Colorado State University Pueblo Thunderbowl.

There are a few steps that you need to complete if you would like to participate in your Commencement Ceremony.

1. Starting March 8th, RESERVE YOUR SEAT online by visiting www.csupueblo.edu/commencement. We will also have a table at the Grad Fair on March 8th and 9th to offer any assistance you may need.

2. RESERVE GUEST TICKETS. There is no limit to the number of guest tickets you can reserve; however, you must reserve tickets for your guests on the same website that you use to reserve your seat. Tickets must be reserved prior to the ceremony and will not be available at the gate.

3. PURCHASE YOUR CAP AND GOWN from the Bookstore during the Grad Fair on March 8th and 9th or online from the Bookstore starting March 1st. Late fees will be charged if orders are placed after April 1st.

WHAT IS THE GRAD FAIR?

The Grad Fair provides the opportunity for you to reserve your seat and guest tickets.

The Bookstore will be taking orders

for academic regalia (cap and gown) and Commencement memorabilia, and you will have the opportunity to speak with the Alumni Association.

Attendance at the Grad Fair is not required. You can reserve your seat and guest tickets online starting March 8th by visiting www.csupueblo.edu/commencement. Cap and gown can also be ordered online from the Bookstore.

SUMMER 2022 AND FALL 2022 GRADUATES

If you will be graduating this Summer (2022) you can walk in the May 7th, ceremony. You will need to complete the same steps above to reserve your seat and your guest tickets.

If you are a Fall 2022 graduate, your ceremony is scheduled for next May (2023). However, if you have extenuating circumstances and would like to walk early this May (2022), you must complete the steps above to reserve your seat and guest tickets.
