Business After Hours THIS THURSDAY!

Wakefield PRIDE Meeting

January 23rd @ 6:30PM at Scanolli's

Thank you for choosing Clay County Medical Center for your healthcare needs! If you have a minute, we would love for you to write a Google review about your care.

In our waiting areas, you will be seeing table top stands and square cards with a QR code that links directly to the Google review form. You simply pull up the camera option on your phone and point the camera at the QR code. Your phone should focus in on the QR code and scan it almost immediately, creating a notification that will pop up on your screen. Tap that notification to open the webpage linked to that specific QR code, and leave your review.

We value and read all feedback. Click the link below to leave a review for Clay County Medical Center, Mark A. Chapman Wellness Center, Meadowlark Hospice, or one of our rural health clinics! If you visit more than one facility or location, feel free to leave an additional review and let us know how that specific location is doing!
