2022 Income and Rent Limits
HOME Investment Partnerships Program and
National Housing Trust Fund/Housing for a Healthy California Article I Programs
Now Available Online
Updated Income Limits (effective June 15, 2022) for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) — which is currently funding the Housing for a Healthy California (HHC) Article I program — are now available.
The Income Limits are used to determine applicant eligibility, and may be used to calculate affordable housing costs for applicable housing assistance programs. Use of these Income Limits are subject to a particular program's definition of income, family, family size, effective dates, and other factors.
Updated Rent Limits (effective June 15, 2022) for HOME and HHC Article I programs are also now available.
Every HOME- and HHC Article I-assisted unit is subject to rent limits designed to help make rents affordable to low-income households.
Note: At the links above, the information under the heading "Official State Income Limits for 2022" are not to be used for these federal programs.
