TARGET MOVE-IN

Target move-in is the date and time assigned to each exhibitor and when they should schedule onsite freight delivery.

• You are not required to begin set-up on your target date, but this is the 1st day you CAN begin set-up. 
• All display materials and other freight must arrive on the target move-in date. 
• Display materials which arrive before or after the target move-in may be subject to an additional surcharge. 
• Target Move-in Dates: 
• All Linear Booths: Saturday, April 23 
• Linear booths - (10' x 10', 10' x 20', etc.)
• This is the first date that you can move-in, but you can choose to move-in Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
• All other booths: Thursday, April 21 – Friday, April 22 

NOTE: Booths must be fully set-up by 4:00 pm Monday.

RESTRICTIONS LIFTED

The city of New Orleans will not be requiring proof of vaccination or a recent negative test. Also, on March 3, the city lifted the mask mandate for indoor gatherings. Visit the the T&D health and safety page for the latest updates.
