Amelia Cai
Investment Partner, Hypersphere Ventures

Amelia Cai is an Investment Partner at Hypersphere Ventures and has experience strategizing and managing event trades and researching cryptocurrencies. Before joining Hypersphere she worked as a Cryptocurrency Analyst. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Yale University.

Nate George
Cryptoasset Analyst, DRW

Nate George is a Cryptoasset Analyst at Cumberland. He focuses on identifying and evaluating key valuation drivers, thematic views and industry macro trends to provide real-time news-driven updates to the cryptoasset desk. Before joining Cumberland, Nate worked as a Strategy Consultant and Venture Analyst. Nate has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Vermont.

April Heitz
Lead Research Analyst, Equity Index Trading, DRW

April Heitz is the Lead Research Analyst at DRW. Prior to DRW, April started her trading career at Peak6 as a Trading Assistant, working up to an Equity Derivatives Analyst before moving on to Spot Trading as an Equity Analyst. Before embarking on a career infinance, April worked in the Structural Engineering industry doing structural design for HDR. April is an active member of 100 Women in Finance and was Chair of the Chicago Committee in 2020. April also is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago, teaching graduate course work for the Master of Science in Finance program. When not working, April enjoys rock climbing and hiking. She received an MS in Finance from Loyola University Chicago and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
