VIRTUAL ANNUAL MEETING

IMPORTANT: ANNUAL MEETING PRE-REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN MID-MARCH AND WILL BE REQUIRED FOR YOU TO PARTICIPATE AND VOTE
The 2022 Pathway to Adventure Council Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 6:30 p.m.
All Chartered Organization Representatives, Executive Board, and Executive Committee members are highly encouraged to attend to exercise the membership rights as voting members of the Council.
Serving as a Chartered Organization Representative is a most important job. As a Chartered Organization Representative (COR), only you can exercise the membership rights of your Chartered Organization with respect to the Council. We need you at the Annual Meeting every year to receive annual reports of the Council’s Executive Board, officers, vote candidates into leadership positions, and receive year-end and operating financial statements. We depend on your support and stewardship to maintain our programs.
Registered Chartered Organization Representatives, Executive Board, and Executive Committee members are eligible voting members of the Council and will receive special instructions in mid-March via email to pre-register to participate in the Annual Meeting.
Any suggestions for consideration by the Nominating Committee for Members-At-Large, At-Large members of the Executive Board, Associate Members, Honorary Members, and National Council representatives should be submitted in writing to the Nominating Committee, Pathway to Adventure Council, 1218 W. Adams Street, Chicago, IL 60607.
All such suggestions must be submitted by Pathway to Adventure Council registered Scouters and must be received by February 26, 2022. Members of the Nominating Committee are Thomas Carlson, Chair; Dr. William Payne, and Tamela Olt.
