Continuation of a 0.25% levy on income to provide funds to be used for the purpose of paying costs, excluding wages, salaries & benefits, maintaining, repairing and improving streets and bridges and equipment for stated repairs and associated debt service on notes or bonds issued for those purposes. Commencing 2024, ending 2028 and is in addition to the City's 1.75% levy on income.
