2022 Property Assessment Notices

Arrive July 14, 2022

The Lake County Chief County Assessment Office mailed the 2022 Property Assessment notices to residents, and they should hit mailboxes Thursday, July 14. Assessment values will be published on July 14, and available for viewing at IMSLake.org.

As indicated on the blue assessment notice, we encourage you to check the factual accuracy of your property (i.e. number of bathrooms or square footage) at our property search portal, IMSLake.org. If you notice an error in your property characteristics, contact our office at 847-381-1120 or send an email to info@cubaassessoril.gov to schedule an appointment to review your property.

There is a 30-day window to appeal your assessment and the last day to file a formal appeal is August 15, 2022. Instructions to appeal your assessment are available on our website.
