**1099-INT is the last page on the December Statement**

NEW HOURS Monday-Thursday 9-5:30pm

The new extended hours Monday through Thursday only is a TRIAL PERIOD until January 31 2022.

IF MEMBERS DO NOT UTILIZE US DURING THIS EXTENDED HOUR WE WILL REVERT BACK TO OUR NORMAL HOURS.
