Dear Skål USA Club Presidents and Delegates:
Your Skål USA Executive Committee has scheduled the Annual General Meeting (AGM) followed by the National Committee Meeting (NCM) for Saturday afternoon, May 14th, beginning at 1:30 PM EST at the Crowne Plaza Universal Hotel (7800 Universal Boulevard, Orland, FL 32819).
The draft agendas for these meetings can be found in the “Members Area” of the Skål USA Website located here. Included at this site will be any proposed changes to the Skål USA Bylaws and/or Articles of Incorporation to be voted on during the AGM. To establish the eligible votes for the AGM/NCM 2021, the Club membership count will be confirmed by Skål International’s auditors as of midnight, April 29, 2022, in Spain (headquarters of Skål International). Clubs with 10 – 65 Active, Life and Retired members will have one (1) vote while clubs with 66 or more Active, Life and Retired members will have two (2) votes. Young Skål members do not count towards club votes.
