Greetings from the Sylvania Fall Festival Parade Marshals!
We are just days away from the 36th Annual Sylvania Fall Festival Presented by Dave White Chevrolet & Northwest Ohio Chevy Dealers and Parade Sponsored by Lourdes University! The excitement is building up in Sylvania for this annual tradition.
Here is staging details and what to expect on
Sunday, October 16th
For a quick reference, your zone times are listed below:
Zone 1: Walkers and Bicycles: Arrive Between 11:45am - 12:15pm
Zone 2: Floats and Motorized Vehicles: Arrive at 11am
Zone 3: High School Marching Bands: Arrive at 11:30am
Please note that if you have MULITPLE ELEMENTS to your organization you will be in separate zones. IE: floats go behind Northview, walkers go up front, bands are also up front. For safety reasons there are NO exceptions. You will be reunited as the parade steps off and able to walk all together
In partnership with the City of Sylvania Police Department and Sylvania Township Fire Department, there is absolutely no throwing or handing out candy, flyers, gift cards, etc. As parade we encourage positivity around this update to reflect a successful and safe 2022 parade. Thank you for your understanding as we are working to ensure our community and event-goers are kept safe.
