Where To Find Everything In The Hotel/Venue
Finding your way around the hotel.

When you enter the hotel, the hotel registration desk will be in front of you.

To the LEFT of the lobby doors you will find:
  • Registration - Note, there are TWO registration booths where you will get your athlete badges, the closest to the lobby doors is for Session 1 Athletes. The one closest to the spectator entrance (down the same hall) is for Session 2, Primetime & Coaches.
  • Warm-up Room
  • Athlete Bathrooms
  • Venue

To the RIGHT side of the hotel registration desk, you will find:
  • Equipment Check
  • Weight-Check Scale (in the same room as Equipment Check, between the hours of 9pm & 5:00am you will ask the hotel registration staff for access to the scale.)
  • Weigh-in room
  • Spectator Bathrooms

Signs will be posted to help you find your way, or ask our staff or referees to help guide you.
WHAT'S AROUND THE VENUE
The Westin Lombard is close to many locations!
  • Right across the parking lot you will find a Target with full grocery and Starbucks!
  • Right next door is dine-in movie theater if you or your family need some vegging time.
  • In front of the hotel is a Mall.
  • A short quarter mile walk from the lobby door is 2XL Powerlifting Gym.
  • Within a mile or less, many places to dine.
  • Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle within a 5 mile radius of the hotel (please check with the concierge to schedule times).
TRAINING WHILE AT NATIONALS
We are lucky and have a powerlifting gym next to the hotel!

2XL Powerlifting will be opening their doors extended hours during Nationals.

Monday - Friday: 9am-noon & 4pm-9pm
Saturday: 9am-1pm
Sunday: am-Noon

There is a $10 drop in fee and they are requesting to bring cash.
TRANSPORTATION
Discover Dupage has put together transportation information for the event.
SCHEDULE
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Drug Testing Chaperone's Needed!

What is this job? You accompany some of the best athletes in the Nation after the completion of their session and escort them to the doping control room. Simple, but an important job for keeping our platforms drug free!

Requirement: Must be 18 years old +

  • 2022 USA Powerlifting Membership
  • Photo ID (passport, birth certificate or school ID 'OK' for Teen/High School lifters)
