DECEMBER 2022 | KISLEV 5783

Every year, we say it ...

"I can't believe it's already December."

In 2022, we were honored to have so many opportunities to work with the community that the year flew by. In taking a moment to reflect on the past year we are celebrating:

  • The committed organizations we had the pleasure of training with.
  • The strength of our Ta'amod community supporting each other throughout the year as we strive to live our values within our own organization.
  • The warmth we felt receiving positive feedback from our partners and participants.

2022 has been a year of much growth for both the Ta'amod team and for our work. Here are some staff highlights.

"Looking back at this year, what really stands out for me are the many partnerships we've formed with national organizations. I've always had the vision of working with larger umbrella and network organizations to leverage their constituencies so we could bring our work to a wider audience. This year we can proudly say we've seen this to fruition through our partnerships with the Foundation for Jewish Camp, Central Conference of American Rabbis, Women of Reform Judaism, The Jewish Education Project, the Association of Reform Jewish Educators, Leading Edge, and JPro National. I am honored and humbled by the collaboration and thought partnership offered in working with these stellar colleagues and look forward to seeing what we might do in 2023!"

"Leading trainings and working directly with participants is always a highlight for me. Even more so this year, I had the opportunity to do some specialized work with people in senior leadership and dive deeply into the dynamics of psychological safety and power. Together with leaders from a wide variety of organizations, we created a space where we could closely examine how complex power dynamics influence the work of fostering psychological safety for employees at every level of the organization. Taking part in these critical conversations has not only been meaningful to me, it’s been really fun as well!"

"In addition to joining this awesome team in April, the biggest highlight of the year for me has been getting to know so many incredible people working within the Jewish nonprofit space. Being the first point of contact and primary support for many of our clients has been extremely rewarding, and I can’t wait to see who else I’ll meet in the coming year. "
