CIP Finishes is breaking records in 2022

CIP Finishes eclipsed its previous record of projects sold in a single year in early October, putting 2022 on track to be a year of unprecedented growth for our 36-year-old business. Our skilled estimators have proven repeatedly that they can meet the quality, budget and timing standards of our customers better than any other team in this industry—no small task in today’s highly inflationary and supply-challenged environment. So far this year, we have sold 34 projects totaling more than $11.6 million. And at nearly $16 million, our pipeline is larger than it’s ever been, with plenty of opportunity for further growth.

CIP Finishes playing a role in Tysons transformation

Mailboxes installed at Highgate at the Mile

The Tysons area of Fairfax County is experiencing tremendous growth. New employers continue to announce plans to bring jobs here, and developments like the Capital One Center bring exciting cultural opportunities. With Metro’s Silver Line running through this community, it’s no surprise that demand for housing here is strong. CIP Finishes has been working here a lot in recent months. Our projects include:

The Rylan – This 390-unit luxury apartment community was completed this past summer. Developed by the NRP Group in partnership with PointOne Holdings, the Rylan features condo-quality finishes and is located within a half mile of the McLean Metro station and I-495.

The Heming – This 410-unit luxury apartment community is being built by Swedish-based construction firm Skanska in the Scotts Run mixed-use development in Tysons. The 28-story complex will boast views of D.C. and the Virginia mountains and is on track for a mid-2023 completion.

The Mile – We have been proud to work with CBG Building Company on two projects at The Mile, a mixed-use planned development in Tysons. These are the 411-unit Brentford at the Mile apartment community, and the 583-unit Highgate at the Mile community.

Via Colori in Stafford County

We believe strongly in supporting the communities where we are fortunate to help build new apartment homes. Here are some recent groups doing great work that we have been fortunate to be able to support:

Building Bridges Across the River – We were so glad to support the 2022 AfterDark@THEARC gala for this nonprofit that helps support families and children who live east of the Anacostia River in the District of Columbia.

Via Colori – CIP Finishes was proud to contribute to and attend this amazing street art festival that brings beauty to Stafford County each September.

Empowerhouse – This past June, CIP Finishes President Paul Milde participated in a fashion show to benefit this nonprofit that supports victims of domestic violence in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Caroline and King George counties. This organization experienced a fire at its shelter in July due to a lightning strike and can use our community’s support more than ever.
