FALL PARISH ASSEMBLY (11:45am) --- Sun, Dec. 3, 2023
The agenda has been sent out to all our Stewards. If you are unsure whether you are up to date on your stewardship to be an Eligible Voter for Elections & Assembly, call the office and speak with Sarah ASAP. The elections will take place during Coffee Social beginning at about 10:45am and the Parish Assembly will begin in the Media Room at about 11:45am.
SUNDAY SCHOOL SERVICE PROJECT --- Sun, Dec. 3
During Sunday School, the students will make tie blankets to donate. (Please bring your St. Nicholas donations for Sunday School this day.)
ST. NICHOLAS VESPERS & SECRET VISIT --- Tue, Dec. 5 - beginning with 6:00pm Vespers
Everyone is invited to attend St. Nicholas Vespers at 6:00pm. Children up to 6th Grade (HOPE & JOY groups) are asked to leave their shoes neatly in the Narthex as they enter the church to attend Vespers in the front pews. After Vespers, Fr. Aurel will speak about St. Nicholas and we’ll see if, by the end of Vespers, St. Nicholas's treats will find their way secretly into the children’s shoes. We are also looking for youth interested in helping to chant or read during Vespers.
GOYA HOLIDAY GET-TOGETHER --- Sun, Dec. 10 --- 10:45am-1:30pm
Come celebrate the season sharing time together. We’ll have lunch, decorate Christmas cookies, and have fun playing games.
GOYA GREEK NIGHT WITH THE MILWAUKEE BUCKS --- Mon, Dec. 11, 2023 --- 7:00pm
An opportunity came up for purchasing 20 tickets together to attend the “Greek Night” Bucks Game. Please provide your family’s own transportation or carpool. All GOYA youth tickets will be fully paid, but adult tickets are $61. Please let me know if you are interested as soon as possible since we only have 20 tickets together.
