Applications for NEW students who are NOT members of Temple Emanu-El will open at 7am, January 5, 2023.

The link to the application will appear on the Registration landing page, click the link to take you to the FACTS application. Please note that this link will not show up before 7am on January 5th..

If you have previously applied, log in to your FACTS account. Otherwise, create a FACTS account.

All completed applications, accompanied by the $375 non-refundable application fee and a $20 FACTS processing fee will be submitted to the ECEC via the FACTS Family Portal, and will be date and time stamped. Parents will receive a confirmation message when an application is successfully submitted.

AGE GROUP

Your child’s age group will be based on their age as of August 31, 2023

Infants – 3 months through 11 months

Mini-Tots – 12 months through 17 months (March – August birthday)

Toddlers – 18 months through 23 months (September – February birthday)

Twos – 2 years old

Threes – 3 years old

Pre-K – 4 years old

Kindergarten – 5 years old

FINANCIAL AID REQUESTS

Need based financial aid is available to Temple Members. The financial aid request form will be found in the application packet.

Families requesting financial aid are required to pay the $375 application fee and $20 FACTS processing fee for each student. On approval of the financial aid request, recipients will have $200 of the application fee applied towards their school year tuition in their FACTS account. Financial aid applications will be accepted until January 31, 2023.

If you are interested in becoming a Temple Emanu-El member, please contact Alex Horn, Director of Membership at ahorn@tedallas.org before December 28th for Temple member access to applications on January 3rd.

ACCEPTANCE EMAILS

Acceptance emails offering ECEC placement for the 2023-2024 academic year will be sent Friday, March 10, 2023, in the late afternoon.

You will have 10 days to accept the offer by paying the deposit and supply fee to secure your child’s placement.

• Acceptance deposit Unborn Infants: We do not collect an application fee for unborn babies at the time of registration. If your infant is accepted, once the baby is born you will pay the 10% deposit, supply fee, and the ECEC application fee.
• Acceptance deposit Infants–Pre-K: 10% of the tuition including extended programming (deposit will be applied towards annual tuition)
•  Acceptance deposit Kindergarten: 20% of the tuition including extended programming (deposit will be applied towards annual tuition)
• Supply Fee: $350
