The St. Mary Finance Commission has carefully reviewed the budget and set the 2023-2024 tuition schedule to fairly compensate our dedicated staff and provide for the school's expenses.

Grades K-8: $5400

Out of Parish

Kindergarten-Grade 8: $7450

Re-Enrollment (non-refundable) payment

per student: $250

Please LOG IN to your FACTS family portal (District Code: SMH-OH) to complete your 2023-2024 Re-Enrollment. You will find the re-enrollment link in your FACTS account on the left-hand side drop-down menu:

• Click on Apply/Enroll
• Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment

THE RE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 2. Thank you for honoring this deadline, as planning for the next school year begins now. Some grades have a waiting list, so please re-register today!

For EdChoice families only: 

Please look soon for information being sent to you about a change in the EdChoice tuition policy.

In addition to completing the St. Mary online re-enrollment form and the non-refundable re-enrollment payment of $250 in FACTS, you also need to renew your EdChoice Scholarship with the State of Ohio.

To renew your EdChoice Scholarship, you must return to St. Mary School:

• This completed EdChoice Scholarship Renewal Form
• Current proof of address (recent utility bill, i.e., Duke Energy or GCWW)

If you think you might be eligible to apply for the EdChoice Scholarship this year, please read the 2023-2024 EdChoice Fact Sheet found on the Ohio Department of Education website to confirm your eligibility. You will also find the EdChoice Request Form and information on the required documents needed to apply (current Proof of Address, Birth Certificate.)

Tuition Assistance for

2023-2024

The DEADLINE to apply is

Families needing tuition assistance for the next school year are encouraged to apply today! More funds could be available next school year with the introduction of the Scholarship Granting Organization program. Don't hesitate to apply!!

Families must complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application to apply for any form of tuition assistance. You can learn more and access the link to FACTS HERE.

Please note that a student is not eligible to receive a CEF Scholarship if they are on an Ohio EdChoice Scholarship that covers their full tuition balance. CEF funds can only be applied to the remaining tuition balance.
