We were thrilled to welcome the Class of 2027 today. Not only did the faculty and staff do a phenomenal job of preparing the students for their first day of school, but so did the EC Ambassadors who spent the day working with their Panther Cubs. Thank you for your time and efforts. It was fun seeing everyone getting to know each other, familiarizing themselves with the campus, and experiencing it all with us.
I took so many photos of our excited Panthers, but because not everyone has completed FinalForms, I am not able to share those photos with everyone. PLEASE take time this evening to complete all forms in FinalForms, which includes the permission for us to use your student(s) photo in publications, emails to EC family, and social media. We respect those who wish to not have their student's photo shared, however, please keep in mind that if you check that box, and a student is involved in extracurriculars, athletics, or highlighted for achievements inside and outside of the classroom, their photo will not be included throughout the year. If you have questions, please reach out to me. We love sharing all the accomplishments of our students, including their happy faces, especially in the Panther Family News.
Additionally, the emergency contacts list in FinalForms needs to be completed before tomorrow! I cannot over stress how important that information is to us. Again, please take time this evening to complete those forms. We appreciate your cooperation.
Also, since the temperatures will be a bit elevated the rest of this week, students can wear any EC Pride t-shirt and their uniform bottoms on Thursday and Friday. We realize that some uniform polo shirts ordered through Schoolbelles may not have arrived yet. If you have not received your shipment, students may either wear a white shirt and tie, a green or white polo (without logo if you have one), or an EC Pride shirt with uniform bottoms until your uniform polo arrives.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back tomorrow. It is going to be a fantastic 2023-2024 school year as our Panthers LEARN. WORSHIP. SERVE.
Enjoy your evening!
Annie Cunningham
