Download the Missouri specific guidelines for competitive events below. Missouri will follow the National guidelines unless specified in the document. This document is a refresh from previous guidelines to ensure that the members have the best opportunity advancing from DLC and SLC onto NLC.

Missouri Specific CE Guidelines

DLC Prejudged Due Wed, Jan. 10, at 5 PM

Competitive events that have a prejudged component must be uploaded in Blue Panda by January 10 at 5 PM. Click below for further instructions.

DLC Testing Closes Wed, Jan. 10 at 5 PM

Competitive events that have an online test component or production test component must be completed by January 10 at 5 PM.


Objective testing will be through Blue Panda the same as last year. Production testing will be submitted via Wufoo. Click below to view the instructions on how to download the login cards for students.


Instructions for both objective and production testing was emailed on December 4 around 11 PM to the email that advisers registered through Blue Panda. Sometimes advisers add in their own information while others add the proctor's information. Please review your inbox and spam folder.

Officer Apps and Payment Due Jan. 19

Connect with your District Adviser to find out details of your District Leadership Conference. All conferences must be completed between January 29 - February 17, 2024. Click below to find your District Adviser on page 22.


District Officer applications are due January 19 at 5 PM. Click below for details on how to become an officer and how to apply.


All payments for DLC are due January 19 at 5 PM.

Late fees and cancellations are subject to be added.

MO LifeSmarts In-Person Due Jan. 17

Paperwork to compete at the Missouri LifeSmarts competition in Jefferson City is due January 17. The event itself will be February 13 - 14.
