Throughout history, diamonds have been worn by leaders and powerful figures to represent strength and invincibility. The 2023-24 SLC logo and theme celebrates this strength along with Missouri FBLA’s 65 amazing years as an organization after receiving its official state charter in the spring of 1959.

A powerful and striking sapphire blue color runs throughout the entire design,

representative of Missouri FBLA’s anniversary year. This color is also historically

recognized as a symbol of loyalty, nobility, sincerity and integrity. At the center of the logo, the main typeface has a bold and elegant style that conveys a high level of sophistication and fits this classy and bright theme to perfection. Finally, the Jefferson City skyline at the top of the logo creates an immediate

connection with the state of Missouri.

It’s time to embrace togetherness, celebrate all that this organization has to offer, and reach new heights unachievable by individuals. Together we are strong. Together we’re invincible. TOGETHER WE ACHIEVE!

These two individual recognition programs highlight members who have taken an active role in their local chapter and deserve to be recognized.

Sunday Spotlight is a returning program that recognizes established members who display high levels of leadership in all divisions.

Rising Member is a brand new program targeted to those that demonstrate energy and dedication early on in their FBLA journey as a new member. 

This program provides middle school members the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, expand their business knowledge, contribute to their local communities, and earn recognition by immersing themselves in their school and communities. Login through FBLA Connect to get started!
