You’ve heard the quote if you build it, he will come.


It’s a quote from a classic movie and what it means, in general, is if you plant the seed, give it water and good light, it will grow.


We’re back in person, on April 19th, 20th and 21st for the Annual Conference at the Sagamore Hotel in the majestic Adirondack Mountains. 


It’s our first large-scale conference after two years of virtual offerings and three years of a pandemic. While we weren’t quite sure of the number of attendees for the April event, we were certain that if the conference agenda included something for everyone or if we “built” it well, people in the field would attend, or they’d “come” to Bolton Landing, New York.


We believe the agenda for this year's event serves as the seeds for this Annual Conference. And there’s no better ground to watch those seeds grow in April than on the shores of Lake George.

Safety Measures

We are expecting a large number of attendees at the 2023 Pre and Annual Conference many of whom will be traveling to Bolton Landing from across New York State. There will be limited opportunities to socially distance within the spaces where presentations will be taking place. 


Although the NY Alliance will not require masks during the 2023 Pre and Annual Conference and the hotel is not currently mandating masks, participants are strongly encouraged to wear a mask while indoors where it will be difficult to maintain social distancing (except while eating or drinking). 


Participants will not be asked to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test prior to attending the conference. If you are exposed and/or test positive for COVID and are unable to attend, please contact the NY Alliance as soon as possible at [email protected]
