We're are thrilled to share a recap from our Annual Meeting which was held on December 8, 2023. The event was a success, bringing together our dedicated community to celebrate achievements, discuss future initiatives, and strengthen the bonds that make Communities Supporting Schools so special.

We kicked off the meeting with a message from Catherine Truitt, the North Carolina Superintendent of the Department of Public Instruction. Truitt spoke about how CSS fits in with the mission of Operation Polaris.

We listened to remarks from Ryan Barbato, Christy Barnes-Williams, Ken Derksen, Barbara Jones, Lynn Williams, and our keynote speaker, Judge Beth Heath.

And last but not least, the Mount Olive Pickle Foundation donated $15,000 to ArtXecute, Communities Supporting School's newest program. That was the perfect way to end the meeting.
