Roisin Conran

Managing Director, HPS Investment Partners


Ms. Conran is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2016, Ms. Conran worked as an Investment professional across the Special Situations Group at BlueBay Asset Management in London, where she focused on private credit and distressed debt investments. Ms. Conran holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Quinn School of Business at University College Dublin.


Sina Timm

Private Debt Lead, Viridium Group


Sina Timm is the Private Debt lead at Viridium Group. Sina is responsible for selecting, implementing and monitoring illiquid debt mandates in real estate, infrastructure, corporate loans and other lending strategies. Before joining Viridium, Sina was an Investment Manager in the Private Debt team of Allianz Investment Management. Sina holds a master’s degree in European Economics from the College of Europe, and bachelor’s degrees in international business from KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, and Tongji University, Shanghai.


Hannah Wilcock

Associate Director, Marketing and Client Relations, ICG


Hannah joined ICG in 2020 and is a Product Specialist for ICG’s flagship European Direct Lending strategy, currently raising its fifth vintage. Hannah joined ICG following a career break at home with her three young daughters. Prior to this, she worked in Institutional Equity Sales at JP Morgan. Hannah graduated with a first class Economics degree from Bristol University.


Celine Zissel

Senior Investment Manager, Allianz Investment Management


Céline works as an investment Manager in the global private debt team at Allianz Investment Management in Munich. In her role, she sources and manages private debt investment mandates for the balance sheet of the insurance group. Prior to her current role, Céline worked as a senior analyst and risk manager with a focus on Private Placements at Allianz Global Investors. Céline started her career in the banking sector in the German savings bank group. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and is a CFA Charterholder.


Olga Braun-Cangl

Senior Investment Director, Cambridge Associates


Olga is a Senior Investment Director at Cambridge Associates and is based in Munich. Olga joined Cambridge Associates in 2022 and focuses on the building and management of Private Markets portfolios for institutional clients across Europe and Middle East. Olga has 20 years investment experience. She spent 14 years with AllianzGI, where she contributed to shaping of the firm’s Private Markets capabilities from different investment and advisory roles in the Munich and New York offices. Olga began her career in 2002 as a portfolio manager and hedge fund analyst at Berenberg Bank and UniCredit. Olga earned her Master of Science from the University of Munich (LMU) in 2002 and is a certified EUREX Trader and Hedge Funds Consultant (ebs). Voluntarily, she serves on the 100 Women in Finance committee in Germany and Munich Student Investment Club e.V.
