It's banquet week! We are looking forward to celebrating with you.

 

If your party has more than one (1) table, you are welcome to move around as you see fit. Otherwise, all other seating arrangements are final. We realize you may not know who you are sitting with. Please take it as an opportunity to meet new friends, mingle, and have fun!

 

Doors open at 5 o'clock. You will pick up your ticket at the door, before entering the banquet hall. Todd Boyd will be set up to take photos as you walk in. This is a great time to grab a group photo. Groups larger than six (6) will take group photos after the Awards Ceremony, inside the banquet hall.

 

Social hour will be from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Included with your ticket, will be your raffle to enter into a chance to win a door prize. This is a great time to check out the prizes and drop your ticket. Fingers crossed that you win!

 

Dinner will begin at 6:00 pm with the Awards Ceremony at 7:00 pm. There will be a brief intermission between the USRA and USMTS portion of the ceremony. You will have an Order of

Events at your table.

 

Most of all, have fun... no one likes a party pooper.
