2023 BCWWA Annual Conference & Trade Show: What you Need to Know for the Annual Conference!

PREPARE FOR YOUR CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE!

With only a few days remaining until the 2023 BCWWA Annual Conference & Trade Show, all attendees (that means you!) will receive an email tomorrow, May 11, with login information for the Pheedloop Go app.

This app is a great resource for keeping up with the most up-to-date information about the conference and is sure to enhance your overall conference experience. Find information about education sessions, speakers, activities, receptions, and track Continuing Education Units (CEUs) – all without having to rely on paper!

Once logged in, you can set up your profile and explore the app. Be sure to enable app notifications for instant updates on onsite education sessions, as well as reminders for registration hours, upcoming activities and collecting CEUs during the conference!

IMPORTANT DETAILS ON CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration for pre-paid delegates and onsite badge pick-up opens on Sunday, May 14, at 3 pm at the Penticton Trade & Conference Centre!

If you have already pre-paid, make your way to a registration kiosk and enter your name, email or scan your conference e-badge on the Pheedloop app for self-serve badge printing. This printed conference badge is connected to your attendee profile on the Pheedloop Go app, so check to make sure that your information is correct and that you have made any required updates prior to printing!

For additional registrations, onsite passes will be available for purchase from the comfort of your hotel room starting Sunday morning via the BCWWA website or can be physically purchased when the registration desk opens on Sunday, May 14, at 3 pm.

TRACKING YOUR CEUs AT THE CONFERENCE

Delegates can earn up to 0.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) each day at the Annual Conference by attending the live sessions of the education program. There will be seven 90-minute blocks of education sessions eligible for CEU tracking.

At the end of each 90-minute block, scan the session’s QR code through the Pheedloop Go app to collect and track your earned CEUs. This CEU scanning process will be explained in more detail at the conference, so stay tuned!

THE CONTINUED BENEFIT OF ON-DEMAND ACCESS

Missed an education session at this year’s Annual Conference? No problem – Full Conference Delegate pass holders will gain access to on-demand recordings of select education sessions on the Pheedloop platform and earn additional CEUs starting Monday, June 5! These recordings will be available until August 31, for a full three months after the conference concludes.

For those without a Full Conference Delegate pass, post-conference On-Demand Access passes will also be available for purchase starting Sunday, May 14.
