Just a Rumor
Yesterday we started receiving calls and screenshots regarding a post on Facebook about homeowners’ dues going up a $1000.00 next year. This upset many homeowners.
It is unfortunate that the individual posted this on a Non-Official Linville Land Harbor Facebook page for answers. The POA does not have access to these private groups therefore we are unable to reply to questions or comments. Thank you to the individual who corrected the incorrect information that had been posted.
The 2023 Annual Budget was approved on September 9th, 2022. At the Annual Meeting on Saturday, September 10th, 2022, copies of the approved budgets were handed out to the members who were present. Both meetings Regular and Annual were live streamed for Property Owners who could not be there in person.
