Hello Coach Bishop,
Bluechip Softball registration has begun for the 2023 season. As you see above, we have a few new events for the upcoming season being held at the Great Adventure Sports and Entertainment Complex in Jackson, NJ. The 2nd biggest news next to slate of tournaments coming to Great Adventure Sports and Entertainment is the the STOP-DWI Tournament of Champions will be held there for the 2023 season as well. The move for the tournament is due to the BAGSAI softball complex undergoing a facelift and will become a turf complex.
The events are going to be run pretty similar. All events will have a 1 hour 30 minutes finish the inning, all tournaments will be pay at the plate on Saturday, Bluechip Softball will pay the umpire fees on Sunday, unless otherwise noted. There will be awards for all the events, and best of all, Adventure Sports being all turf, it is pretty hard to lose games due to weather. You will be playing more softball at a Bluechip Event than others. Events are listed below & to register click on registration button at bottom
Bluechip Softball Queens of the Diamonds
Divisions: 12U and 14U (40 teams max)
4 games 3seeding & elimination
Entry Fee: $650 Pay at the Plate for Saturday games tournament will pay for elimination games on Sunday
Prizes: Winners will win the Bluechip Tiara's and teams will be playing for $750 in Bownet equipment
Bluechip Softball Memorial Day Money in the Bank
Date: May 27th - 29th
Divisions: 12U and 14U (40 teams max)
Format: 7 games, 6 seeding and elimination
Entry Fee: $825 Pay at the Plate for Saturday and Sundays games, tournament will pay for elimination
Prizes: Winners will win the Individual Awards and also entry fees for one Bluechip Event weekly from September 1st 2023 - August 31st 2023 for any team in there organization
Bluechip Super 40 And Elite College Showcase
Location : Carteret, NJ
Date: June 3rd -4th
Divisions: 14U & 16U & 18U
Format: 5 Showcase games
Entry Fee: $1200 Pay at the Plate
Play in from of Div. 2, Div. 3 and Juco coaches before all colleges are allowed to go out and hit the recruiting road
Bluechip Softball Fathers Day Elite Showcase and
Prospect Camp
Date: June 16th - 18th (prospect camp the 16th)
Divisions: 18U & 16U 40 teams max
Format: 5 games, 3 games Saturday, elimination & consolation on Sunday
Entry Fee: $1400 Pay at the Plate for Saturday games tournament will pay for elimination & Consolation games on Sunday
Bluechip Independence Day Extravzganzza & Prospect Camp
Location : Carteret, NJ
Date: June 30th - July 2 (prospect camp the 16th)
Divisions: 18U & 16U (40 teams max)
Format: 6 games, 4 Seeding games and Elimination with consolation
Entry Fee: $1500 Pay at the Plate for seeding games ; tournament will pay for elimination & Consolation games on Sunday
Stop-DWI Tournament of Champions & Prospect Camp
Date: July 30th - July 2 (prospect camp the 16th)
Divisions: 18U & 16U & 14U
Format: 5 games, 4 Seeding games and Elimination
Entry Fee: $1750 all umpire fees included
Everyone will play at least one game on Friday. Those familiar with the Tournament of Champions the Super 40 will take place at Adventure Sports & Entertainment, in conjunction with the Howell Heat the Elite Division will be played at Soldiers Memorial Park for s spot in the 2024 tournament and the 14U will be played at Holbrook Complex.
Bluechip Softball Northeast Nationals & Prospect Camp
Date: July 19th - July 22 dates depend on registration but no longer than (prospect camp the 19th)
Divisions: 18U & 16U
Format: 6 games, 4 Seeding games and Elimination (Multiple seeding brackets)
Entry Fee: $1850 all umpire fees included
Tournament will consist of All-Star games and Homerun Derby. Prize Packages for teams in championship games
Bluechip Softball Northeast Nationals & Instructional Camp
Date: July 23rd - July 27 dates depend on registration but no longer than (instructional camp the 23rd)
Divisions: 12U & 14U
Format: 6 games, 4 Seeding games and Elimination (Multiple seeding brackets)
Entry Fee: $1850 all umpire fees included
Tournament will consist of All-Star games and Homerun Derby. Prize Packages for teams in championship games
