The Enterprise Chamber of Commerce will host the 2023 Membership Awards Banquet & Annual Meeting on September 14th at the Enterprise Civic Center.


These awards celebrate the success of our businesses, community leaders, and individual members that have dedicated their time and talents throughout the year to grow and strengthen our local community! 


Help us spotlight some of these achievements by submitting candidates to be considered by our selection committee. Below you will find a short description of each category. Simply click the link for each award and fill in the requested information by August 11th.


All members are encouraged to submit nominations for all categories (self-nominations are welcome). 

Business of the Year Awards

Among all of the outstanding business members of the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, the “Business of the Year” Award recognizes those that stand out for exceptional contributions made to enhance the growth of our area and create opportunities that promote Enterprise as a place for business to thrive.  


Awards will be presented in the following categories:  Small Business 1-10 Employees, Mid-Size Business 11-50 Employees, and Large Business 51+ Employees).

The “Daniel Pratt Economic Impact Award” recognizes a business or organization that has made a positive economic impact in the Enterprise area by creating new jobs, providing opportunities for advancing new local industry, expanding the tax base, or revitalizing a sector of community. The significant contributions made by this member provide a positive impact to the community and its residents.

The “Workforce Initiative Award” recognizes business leading industry trends for outstanding programs and initiatives that address the issues of recruiting and retaining local workforce in the Enteprise area.

Yancey Parker Community Spirit Award

The “Yancey Parker Community Spirit Award” is named in memory of Yancey Parker, “Mr. Enterprise”, a long-time businessman, officer and lifetime honorary member of the Chamber. Yancey Parker was well-known for his leadership and selfless commitment to the military and Enterprise community. This award is given to a business, civic, or individual member of the Chamber for their outstanding community service, the highest ideals of volunteerism and the spirit of “EnterPRIDE”.

There are many non-profit organizations, churches, and civic clubs that play a critical role in supporting business and community initiatives and events. The "Community Impact Award" recognizes those that have demonstrated organizational effectiveness and made significant contributions to positively impact various sectors of our community.

The Enterprise Chamber of Commerce Business Leadership Award recognizes an individual who clearly reflects high standards of quality and dedication in all aspects of their business. The "Business Leadership Award" personifies outstanding qualities and accomplishments in leadership, sound economic practices, and ethical and professional standards.

Bea Fuentes Volunteer of the Year Award

The “Bea Fuentes Volunteer of the Year Award” was established in 2009. Mrs. Bea was an incredible driving force within the Chamber, and set a very high standard of service for the rest of us to follow. She is honored not only for her volunteer service with the Chamber, but with numerous other organizations within our community to increase the quality of life for our citizens. The “Bea Fuentes Volunteer of the Year” award recognizes an individual that is dedicated to improving the Enterprise Chamber and the community by demonstrating a high-level of commitment to volunteer service.
