RPAC (REALTORS Political Action Committee)

Implements the annual RPAC fundraising drives/events. RPAC is not the Democrat or Republican Party, it is the REALTOR® Party … where we put our money where our mouth is by raising funds for lobbying efforts at the city and county levels. Lobbying efforts in Tallahassee and Washington DC have been used to keep mortgage interest deductible, from getting your commission taxed at the table, and most recently deemed our profession essential during the pandemic ensuring our members could still work and earn a living.

Each year Florida REALTORS® gives each Association in the state a goal, our 2023 goal will be announced in January. We need to continue fighting for our rights, and the rights of our customers, and educating Realtors® and consumers on the legislation that may impact our livelihood and homeownership!
