Your electronic 2023 Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement is now available in Employee Self-Service! Please follow the instructions below to access the forms, and don’t forget to allow pop-ups!
If you've already consented to an electronic version, follow these instructions for generating your Form W-2:

From your myCampus portal Launchpad, select the HR icon to enter MaineStreet Employee Self-Service

Click the Pay tile

Click the View W-2/W-2c Forms menu item

Click the Year End Form link to open a new window with your Form W-2. You must allow pop-ups!
If you need to consent to receive your W-2 electronically, follow these instructions to opt out of paper W-2s:

From your myCampus portal Launchpad, select the HR icon to enter MaineStreet Employee Self-Service

Click the Pay tile

Click the W-2/W-2c Consent menu item
- Check the box: I consent to receive W-2 and W-2c forms electronically.
- Click Submit - this will bring up the verification box
- Enter your MaineStreet Password

Click the Verify Password button
Note: If you do not opt out of receiving a paper copy, it will be mailed by the January 31st deadline.

- The IRS doesn't initiate contact with taxpayers by email, text messages, or social media channels to request personal or financial information.
- The IRS does not call to demand immediate payment using a specific payment method such as a prepaid debit card, gift card, or wire transfer.
