We are so excited to see you this year at Resch Expo in Green Bay for the AIA Wisconsin Architecture Expo on April 26 & 27, 2023. Our Conference Committee has put together a program of top-notch speakers that are sure to complement the Expo experience. Registration is open and the number of attendees is growing daily. The committee is also busy coordinating special events with partnering organizations to generate additional traffic and excitement.  Link to Conference Website Visit the Floor Plan & Locate your Booth

Lodging Information AIA Wisconsin has negotiated discounted room rates at three Green Bay Area Hotels. Rates, discount codes & link to these hotels can be found HERE!

Ordering Info & Deadlines Start planning your booth! Review the Booth Exhibit Terms. Advance orders save time and money. Order before April 5 and save! Order Name badges Order tables, chairs, carpeting. drayage etc. from Valley Expo. Your administrative contact will receive an email with a username & password to order online or to download the 2023 Exhibitor Kit. Valley has created some Special Booth Packages. Deadline to order is April 5. Questions can be directed to Jennifer Leavy, Valley Expo, (815) 873-1500 x108. Need Electricity in your booth? Information is inserted in your 2023 Exhibitor Kit or you can order electrical services by creating a log-in for Resch EXPO online. In lower right-hand corner click on the Sign Up link.

Traffic Builders

Expo Education Program (EEP) The Expo provides attendees with expanded educational opportunities right on the Expo floor. Exhibitors present a 15-minute presentation in their booth in the Exhibit Hall during scheduled Expo hours. You provide the presentation & we help you do the rest! Interested? Please reach out to Mary Orella, Programs Director. Deadline to participate is April 5.

Sign up to be on the Expo Bingo Card! Feature your logo on the Exhibit Bingo card. Attendees will be visiting your booth to then receive a stamp (provided by AIAW) on their card. With enough stamps, attendees will qualify for a prize drawing. Cost: $200 (only a couple spaces left) Email Tracy for a space!

WAF Silent Auction We are accepting donations! The Wisconsin Architects Foundation (WAF) will host a silent auction fundraising event on April 26 & 27 in the Expo Hall. To donate and for more information, email Jody Andres, AIA.
