Call for Proposals: Extension to May 24
|
|
Based on several requests, we are extending the deadline until May 24 for special sessions, workshops, and fire circle discussion groups. If you have already submitted your proposal, thank you so much! If you are still working on a proposal and have questions, feel free to reply to this email.
Special Sessions: Opportunities for individuals to organize a set of presentations on a topic of their choosing and can include presentations, panels, discussions, and Q&A. Special Session organizers can choose to fill one to three presentation time blocks.
Workshops: Professional development opportunities that provide conference attendees with a forum for learning new information, skills, and best practices. Organizers can select time lengths of 2 hours, 4 hours, or the full day.
Fire Circles: Discussion sessions focused on advancing our understanding of wildland fire topics or issues. The discussions are open to all congress attendees and can be designed in different formats to meet the organizer’s goals.
Mark your Calendar for the next set of proposal due dates!
