The Race Course Adjustments

Due to construction BOTH the Half and 5K course had to be adjusted and were USATF Recertified.

But the adjustment is as follows:
Half Marathon Adjustment
Due to construction around the 2.5 mile mark, the course will make the following adjustment in 2023
  • Go Past Frontier Field on Morrie Silver Way
  • Right onto Plymouth Ave
  • Left onto Main Street
  • Athletes will not be going down State Street due to construction
 5K Adjustment
Due to construction around the 2.5 mile mark, the course will make the following adjustment in 2023
  • Go Past Frontier Field on Morrie Silver Way
  • Left onto Verona
  • Right onto Brown Street
  • Right onto Plymouth St
  • Left onto Main Street
  • Athletes will not be going down State Street due to construction
In addition, due to the above construction both the half and 5K will see construction and barrels at State Street/Main Street, plus Exchange and Broad Street. When on Main Street, you may have to shift to be in between the barrels. The barrels will guide your direction.

The Half Marathon will also experience construction barrels and plates on the earlier portion of East Ave as you approach the 3 mile mark.

Reminder to the 5K - You will Turn RIGHT onto South Ave off of Main Street to the head to the finish. The Halfers continue straight towards East Ave. Please be sure to do this or else you will have an uncomfortable day doing a half marathon.
