Governor's Volunteer Service Award Recipients

Dr. Meghan H. Schwartz, Bernard Meador, and Lorraine Ryan (front) were Franklin County recipients of the Governor's Volunteer Service Award. Each received a certificate and pin from Governor Roy Cooper. Meador was also nominated for the Governor's Medallion Award.
