We are looking forward to connecting with both our in-person and virtual attendees at the 2023 Improving OUTcomes Conference! This is a friendly reminder of previous information.

CME Update:

If you would like to add CME to your registration, please email us at hs-hedi@ucdavis.edu by 3pm on Thursday, 3/16/23. We will not be able to accommodate changes to registration after this time. Thank you for understanding!

Note for our Virtual Attendees:

You will need to download the Expo Pass app before getting access to the sessions online, for both desktop and mobile users. The email with your Magic Link to the sessions will be sent on Wednesday. When you click the Magic Link, you will be prompted to download the Expo Pass app.

Please allow yourself extra time to download the Expo Pass app before the day of the conference to ensure smooth access to the sessions. Our team cannot guarantee assistance the day of the conference.

Parking Information

Update: Westbound traffic on Y street will be closed to vehicles by Parking Structure 2.

Friday, 3/17 - Park early to get a good spot! We recommend participants to use Parking Structure 2 by the Ellison Ambulatory Care building to receive a paid chaser ticket from our registration table.

(Please note that if you prefer to pay for your own parking, most kiosks do not accept cash).

Saturday, 3/18 - We have Lots 17 and 19 reserved for our conference guests. Guests can park free in these two lots. If you choose to park elsewhere on campus, please check the parking rates to avoid being cited.

There is ongoing construction on campus for our in-person attendees. Please give yourself extra time to navigate the signs and construction on the roads and around the Education Building.

Location

In-person attendees will join us at the Education Building on the UC Davis Health campus. Registration will take place on the first floor lobby. Follow signage for the conference rooms.

Virtual Attendees

Virtual attendees will join the live sessions using the Expo Pass website. Please check your email closer to the date for the access link (a.k.a. Magic link). Sessions will be live-streamed using Zoom and participants can enter chat questions there.
