Good county and city relations are not always easy, but a strong working partnership is essential to a healthy community. This session will provide an overview of the appropriate working relationship between counties and cities when planning for the future of the community. Attendees will learn about comprehensive planning, service allocation through Service Delivery Strategy (SDS) agreements, and revenue allocations through Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) and SDS negotiations.
